iumi was born of a chance encounter between two artists, in a musical community, an alchemy of sound, music and poetry.

This duo, consisting of Aveleen on vocals and Paul on bass and keyboards, quickly succeeded in creating an original, instantly recognizable universe, producing a multi-faceted pop.

Perhaps Paul's passion for vintage synthesizers such as the Moog, the Jupiter 8 or the PPG is to blame.
